Run Time: 180 min.
Join us for an Ice Cream Bowl Fundraiser and the first Youth Open Stage of the school year! Thursday, September 14th from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
Youth Open Stage began in September of 2021 with support from the Davis Family Foundation, since then we have had 19 Open Stages benefiting 247 young performers. This program provides a judgment-free zone for youth to gain experience performing on a professional stage in front of peers and parents. We have seen the confidence of each performer grow on and off the stage through this program.
Help us continue this important programming by attending our Ice Cream Social Fundraiser. For a suggested donation of $35 you will receive ice cream and your very own handmade ceramic bowl made by local potter Woody Hughes to take home.

Youth Open Stage Policy Updates
- Each performer will be allowed to perform one time each month.
- We want you to practice! To encourage that, performers will be able to sign up for the next month’s Open Stage at the end of the night. That way you will already have your song chosen and can practice for next month!
- We encourage you to think outside of the box! Did you write a story or poem that you are proud of? Come read it at Open Stage. Did you create a video or film? Show it on the big screen. Did you learn a dance routine over the summer? Use the stage to show your skills. Did you teach yourself how to play guitar this summer? Let’s hear it!
- We will close each Open Stage with a group song. You can help us decide!
Thank you, Mainely Provisions Bethel, for donating Ice Cream and toppings!
A very special THANK YOU to Woody Hughes for creating and donating 100 bowls to help the Youth Open Stage series continue.
