Midnight weekend screenings happen on Friday & Saturday nights (meaning arrive on Friday and/or Saturday night by 11:45pm for seating, the movie starts after midnight)!

BAAM at The Gem presents the fourth annual Bethel Pride on Saturday, June 13th for an afternoon of LGBTQIA2S+ celebration!

Join us in the lobby from 4:00 to 6:00 pm to connect with local artists and community organizations, including OUT Maine and more. It’s a great opportunity to support local creativity and pick up important resources. All ages welcome.

Local artists include S List Pottery, YOUniquely MEcycled, Becca Hoskins Art, and Printing Perspective.

Community organizations include OUT Maine, Queerly ME, Equality Maine, Larry Labonte Recovery Center, River Valley Healthy Communities Coalition, and SAPARS.

At 6:00 we’ll enjoy a fabulous, family-friendly drag performance featuring Chartreuse Money and  more of Maine’s most talented queens. You won’t want to miss it! All ages welcome.

After the drag performance we will screen World of Wonder’s Stop! That! Train!  at 7:30 pm staring some of RuPaul’s Drag Race most beloved queens and RuPaul herself! This film is rated R, 18+ only.

Tickets for the shows are Pay What You Can, helping make the event possible, with a percentage of proceeds benefiting OUT Maine. A suggested donation of $10 per show is recommended.
