Granite Backcountry Alliance (GBA), a backcountry skiing non-profit in western Maine and New Hampshire, is returning to the Gem Theater in Bethel, Maine to show its Backcountry Film Festival on Saturday, February 22^nd.  GBA is teaming up with local conservation group Mahoosuc Land Trust (MLT), with all proceeds benefiting backcountry tree skiing and land conservation projects in the Mahoosuc Region.

Immerse yourself in a night of films that capture the spirit of winter. Adventure, environment and climate, youth outdoors, ski culture- you’ll find it all in this award winning lineup. Beer, wine, pizza and raffle tickets will be available at this night of winter revelry.

Tickets are $10 ($5 of each ticket goes to enhance glade skiing in the Mahoosuc region and Maine’s latest glading project: a pioneering collaboration between GBA and Mahoosuc Land Trust and Black Mountain of Maine at MLT’s Rumford Whitecap Mountain Preserve.)
